To request service, please fill out "Application for Service" form below, and hit "Submit".

Then fill out the Contract/Checklist using the link at the end of this section.

TLC will contact you directly to firm up a time and date for a Free Introductory Visit at which time the TLC Contract/Checklist, which you will have already completed, will be jointly reviewed. At this visit, the house keys will be collected/receipted by TLC and a key return procedure will be discussed.

If not already scheduled, please telephone TLC at least 7 days before your departure to arrange a convenient date/time for an Introductory Visit.

If already scheduled, and you wish to reschedule the Introductory Visit, please contact TLC at your earliest possible convenience.

NOTE: At the time of the Introductory Visit, TLC will provide an accurate mileage reading.
